My Work

I look for connections in my surroundings to my memories. These stories are told through immersing clay in these surroundings. These forms sit in the ground until they are unrecognisable, much like my memories become over time until they are just a flash of elusive imagery.  They are full of layers of images, glazes and found objects that are built up so the forms become intrinsic to that place.

I am a member of the Australian Ceramics Association and a founding member of Claybodies (ACT).

Wheel thrown, Stoneware clay, Cone 9 reduction fired.
